Peanut Butter Pancakes

After 9:30a church, Jon and I were ready for a quick and yummy breakfast. We like to switch it up on the weekends and make new recipes rather than our usual cereal and egg breakfasts. I recreated this recipe and delicious peanut butter pancakes were made within 10 minutes (I bet you have all the ingredients within an arms reach!).

Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp peanut butter (microwave to melt it a bit)
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp brown sugar

(our fav pb that is low in sugar for Jon's hypo-G)

1. Add all the ingredients together and stir until completely blended
2. Cook pancakes on heated pan sprayed with Pam
3. Enjoy with syrup or honey (our favorite!)

I attempted a heart shape pancake that was pretty much a fail. Oh well it is the thought that counts.

We don't really like syrup but love using honey as a replacement. We topped our 'cakes with peanut butter and honey and they were DELICIOUS! Jon even added a sliced banana
